Compare the account shape and the existing bill

Count the separate brands or client workspaces, team members, contacts and sends you actually need. ClickFunnels publishes several plan levels and limits; use the current configured plan in your comparison rather than an old price from a review.

Next list the other products that support the funnel: CRM, appointment booking, fulfilment, email, analytics and customer service. If you keep a product after moving the funnel, retain its cost. If you plan to remove it, write an acceptance test for that removal first.

Reason for the moveWhat to validate
More client workspacesAccount capacity, user access and the cost at your real client count
A broader CRM workflowLead ownership, follow-up, bookings and reporting beyond the landing page
Lower running costSubscription, usage, retained software and rebuilding effort together
An email-led funnelAudience rules, forms, landing pages and campaign tier requirements
A working checkout with a small gapWhether filling the gap costs less than rebuilding the funnel

Rebuild one full customer journey

A landing page that looks similar is only the start of the test. Follow a controlled customer journey from the traffic source through form submission, checkout, confirmation and access to what was bought. Include the event that reaches the CRM or your reporting tool.

Where relevant to your offer, test order changes, refunds, failed payments and repeat purchases. Check the language and timing of each message. These are proposed acceptance checks; we have not tested either vendor’s checkout or migration behaviour.

Keep a working funnel until its replacement earns the handover

Record the current funnel’s baseline from your own analytics. Compare equivalent events during a controlled pilot, and check for missing tracking before interpreting a change in results. A tool’s advertised conversion features are not evidence that your replacement will perform better.

Schedule domain, tracking and integration changes together. Keep a rollback plan that includes the old page and its connections. If existing customer access depends on the original platform, keep that obligation in the migration scope and cost estimate.

Choose a wider stack only when you will use it

HighLevel is worth evaluating when the agency needs the client CRM and follow-up work around a funnel. If the actual problem is a single landing page, a full delivery platform may add setup and administration you do not need.

Likewise, choose an audience marketing tool only after confirming the required content and purchase flow. Write down any gaps, how you would fill them and who would maintain that connection. The right comparison ends with a working operating model and a complete bill, not a longer feature list.
